To be more precise, it is the flag of a Commander of the Fleet, used from 1950.1992. The numbre of stars varied as is follows:
-Commander of the Fleet (3 stars) -Commander of flotilla and esquadron (2 stars) -Commander of a Group (1 star) So it is not an ebay joke, gentlemen... There were also Broad-pennants, and pennants for Commander of a Division and for Seniority. There“s more information available at: http://flagspot.net/flags/su~rank.html
There's nothing in the streets
Looks any different to me And the slogans are replaced, by-the-bye And the parting on the left Are now parting on the right And the beards have all grown longer overnight The Who, Won't get fooled again

Hello, as you may have guessed, I'm new. Thanks for letting me in on the discussion.
I acquired one of these flags recently. Being new to the sport, I have almost no concept of how much things cost. I think I paid about US$20, anyone have an opinion as to the fairness of that price?

yes, its a fair price in the west. in moscow they go for about $10. they were made in huge numbers.
