I'm collecting private German pictures from the Eastern front since a year or so and I have this picture of a statue from Kirov. I would like to know if somebody is able to read what is written on the statue. I'm not able to read it. Maybe somebody can help me.

Can't see really, but it looks like in German. Top line says: "Kirov" in latin letters?

the second-to-last line looks like the german word "immer," which roughly means "always" or "forever," dependng on the context
