A Moscow-based publishing house sends me lists of newly published books about every 2-3 weeks. This was in the latest list. If you are interested (it is very cheap) just PM me for the web address where you can order it. Now there's only 1000 copies printed, so don't crowd and no pushing or cutting in line...
