In battle for the Soviet Homeland, Mechanic-Driver Private Zalipuhin has shown boldness and valour in the period of performing combat tasks 17th-21st March in the region of Nākotne-Miltiņi.
Skilfully manoeuvring on the field of battle, a plain front area of defence with great speed burst to the settlement of Nākotne, driving to Miltiņi and going to the crossroads of the main road.
For the time of battle the fire and the caterpillars of the tank destroyed; 1 heavy machinegun, up to 15 enemy soldiers.
The caterpillars of the tank of Comrade Zalipuhin crushed two hand machineguns.
Conclusion; For boldness and valour shown whilst performing combat tasks, worthy of the Governmental Award Order "Red Star".
