The silver emblem of justice, on which are superimposed the gold interlaced monograms of Alexander II and Nicholas II. The lower part of the emblem is bordered with a gold winding ribbon with the raised dates 1864 and 1914. On the lower part of the pedestal is superimposed the gold roman "L" for 50 Years.
