Replica shoulderboards?

Are these OK? The piping looks way too thick.

There's nothing in the streets
Looks any different to me
And the slogans are replaced, by-the-bye
And the parting on the left
Are now parting on the right
And the beards have all grown longer overnight

The picture could be better, but they could be dembel boards.

I would agree that those can be post-1956 dembel boards. They are not pre-56 (m43), as the emblems are at the upper end of the board, not lower, also the emblems are of a later type. m56 unlike m43 should not have any piping.
If this are indeed dembel boards, I would guess that they weren't originally on this gimnasterka - demobilised conscripts most often used their parade jacket as a dembel uniform.

Other possibility is that it's poorly made theater prop, made of what was available.

Thanks for your useful opinions. I was planning to buy this gymnasterka. I shall pass on this one then.

Regards :thumbsup
