From the NJ seller:

Medal of the Recipient of an Honorary Certificate of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of Georgia. Circa 1970s.

Brass, enamels. Obverse shows the state emblem of the Georgian Soviet Socialist Republic. Raised "LMD" maker mark of Leningrad Mint to the reverse of both the medallion and the suspension device.

That's quite a mouthfull. :)
What would such a medal winner do to deserve such an long title and what would he or she get for being such a good patriot? Hopefully a bit more than such a cheesy little brass bauble. ;)
