Here is a group to Hrachya Avetisi Avetisian (Հրաչյա Ավետիսի Ավետիսյան). A veteran of the Nagorno-Karabakh war and Police Special Operations Force (Միլիցիայի Հատուկ Նշանակության Ջոկատների).

First is the Document for his missing "Armenian Eagle" Medal #420 which was awarded by the "Inextinguishable Fires" Military Patriotic Charity Non-Governmental Organisation on 18th May 2008.

His Jubilee Badge "Police Special Operations Force 10 Years" (Հոբելյանական Կրծքանշանով "ՄՀՆՋ-ի 10 Տարին").

An exceptionally rare official award of the Internal Affairs Ministry.

Hand signed by the Internal Affairs Minister Hayk Harowt'yownyan.

[CtahhR]

His "Glorious Warrior" Badge ("Փառապանծ Մարտիկ" Հուջամեղալով) of the "Glorious Warrior" Patriotic Union Non-Governmental Organisation. A rather small Veteran's group for veterans of the "Glorious Warriors" unit of fighters in the Nagorno-Karabakh war between 1990 and 1994. It can't be that big as the entire unit never numbered more than 300 combatants.

Awarded on 20th September 2002.

[CtahhR]

The "Liberation" Medal of the "Liberation" Patriotical Social-Charitable Non-Governmental Organisation.

[CtahhR]

#4103 awarded for being an active liberator between 1988 and 1994.

[CtahhR]

His "Police Special Operations Force" 20 Years Jubilee Medal ("ՄՀՆՋ" 20 Ամյա Հոբելյանական Մեդալով).

[CtahhR]

Awarded on 28th August 2010 by the Internal Affairs Ministry Police Special Operations Force Veterans Union - This is not an official award. Then again this union won't be the largest in the world as how many SWAT members will a country with a population of 3 million have over a period of 20 years?

For some reason Armenian award producers have now started also issuing a certificate of authenticity. Isn't the award certificate enough?
