Copy fake after periode production ? help me out

Hi folks,

Seen this treat here http://www.soviet-awards.com/forum/sovie...ation.html i wanned to make a fallow up.

I finelly got the cap in , and have a feelin of regret now.
for starters the cap is apsoluutly not the cap in the picture!

and i'm almost sure it is some kinda copy, just wanne be sure about it.
so what do you guy's think i have here.
i have removed the badges we all agreed were not legit to it.

I perticulary dis like the inside and quality of construction.
for example the diamond is unlike any and the liner is just wierd.
the material of the crown seems to be right but is a bit loosly fitted.

What material is the visor?

I think the shape of the crown reminds of the present day Ukraine made copies of generals and marshals visor cap. Fluffy in a way, like a mushroom.

ya mushroom is the right term i guess, is is not like a baloon up there but compared to quality soviet caps it is.

the meterial is just like the 80's visor's of general caps is looks a little more like rubber kinda thing.
and it gives me the ideer that there is a normale visor inside and was just covered in this material.

On the attached photo, from a firm that sells present day repro uniforms, you can see the effect on the visor cap that I refer to.

it's not quite like that i guess ,, it is more inbetween a early 69 cap and what you show.

i have recieved the cap, and it is nothing like the picture.
this cap is proberbly a copy !
and the cap in the picture was a real one.

this cap is not worth the money i paid.

how could this happen ?

i feel that i have been setoff.

Hi Serge.If you want to hear this cap an original and other such I have no.The Valuable cap even cost(stand)s more than you have bought this rare cap.The Cap made-to-order but only not on factory.This is a special mini factory for big rank general and minister.Can be certain this original.Thank you.#####
