Unfortunately I don't have this uniform set in my collection anymore. I recently sold it for $100. Its a matching set of jacket and trousers (no awards sadly), and everything has the correct emblems and insignia for a Internal Troops Warrant Officer (minus length of service chevrons on the lower left arm, but other than that its complete). You can barely see the trousers on the hanger with the jacket, but they were the "walking out" straight leg type worn with shoes. It had a matching aiguillette too. What made it very unique I thought was it had a 1990 model Internal Troops patch, first widely seen during the 1990 October Revolution parade, you can see the units of the Dzherzinsky Division wearing the patch on their greatcoats.
