Here is the Jubilee Medal "15 Years Of The Armed Forces Of Tajikistan" (Медалҳои Идонаи «15 Сол Кувваҳои Мусаллаҳи Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон»/Medalhoi Idonai "15 Sol Kuvvahoi Musallahi Jumhurii Tojikiston") dating from 2008.

I have no figures on numbers awarded but to date I have only seen one of these in wear and that was on the chest of a high ranking field officer.

Here is only the second example of this award in wear I have seen.
War Artist Spetnaz GRU Major Renat Renatovich Shafikov veteran of Afghanistan, the civil war in Tajikistan and Chechnja.

Once again on a high ranking officer - this time an Armenian General.
