Gentlemen,
My set of first, second and third class state prizes. Please pay careful attention to the second class one (in the middle) and then observe the reverse in the next picture

As you see the reverse of the second class is strange, first of all it appears to be a pinback and secondly it doesnt have a number, nor a place for the number (assuming it was unissued)
I bought it in baku about seven years ago, without the book. The other two have books, but the numbers do not match (but i did buy it from the families of the awardees)
So, is the second one a fake?????
