Last summer when I was in Moscow I went to se the Order of Viktory. I thought I would have time to look through the main museum first. But when I was going to see the order they were closing! I was too late and could not enter the diamond fund! :banghead Didn't know they closed early...

This time I will visit St Petersburg and wonder if they have one of those shiny things on display somewhere?

I have one more question. Can I buy a banner or bronze stalin bust without breaking any laws? I think these items are not allowed but I have to ask.
I remember that there were a lot of flags at the Arbat in Moscow.
