Our buddies in Ukraine who have been faking m1935/40 officers uniforms for the past 2 years seem to have moved on to generals; this fake M1940 air general is now on E.

this seller is either a novice or is trying to rip people off; here is a $24 M1940/43 padded WWII "Stalingrad" jacket.
Do the awards look similar? DD
Its very early made , i.e. 1940. It has embroidered stars not metal, and he even ( against regs.) wears his pilots wings on his left sleeve form the 1935 regs. you can clearly see his outlines of orders too; he was a combat pilot-general, which is cool. The tunic is tailored short, a feature of tunics worn in the aircraft. Its got great combat wear.
the m1935 wings were supposed to be gone in 1940 , but pilots like to be denoted and often kept wearing the wings, even as late as 1945. the early M1940 generals tended to have the insignia of rank embroidered, not metal. DD |
