Medal "For Strengthening Combat Cooperation".

Gentlemen,

Can you please help identify this Medal?
As far as I know the obverse (as well as the ribbon) seems to be the one of the Medal for Strengthening Combat Cooperation, Border Guard issue (according to the description on a well known dealer's site) but the reverse doesn't match the obverse of this Medal! :confused:

Opinions please?

The Medal "For Strengthening Military Cooperation" (Медаль «За Укрепление Боевого Содружества») was founded on 27th March 1995 by ministerial decree #123.
