Here's a Georgian Ministry Of Internal Affairs Medal For 15 Years Service. Constructed of brass and rather crudely made but quite eloquently simple. I have not yet been able to find out anything more about this post-Soviet long service award. The 2 lines on the ribbon suggest that this is a second class Medal?
It is quite noticeable that this Medal has a pre-1943 Soviet style suspension. I wonder if this Soviet leftover is still present after the war with the Russian Federation.
There is are 10- and 20-year medals in the series too and only the police chose these short, stubby suspensions. National and MOD awards have the longer, rectangular ones.
Now I've taught myself how to transcribe Georgian, I can correctly name it as Medal "15 Years Impeccable Service" (15 წელი უმწიკვლო სამსახურისათვის). The front reads "შსს" (შინაგან საქმეთა სამინისტრო) which translates to Ministry Of Internal Affairs.
