A nice documented group, but with no additional information on who she was (though she seems to have been a "someone"?).
-- Order of Lenin, type 6, variety 2 -- 454167 -- 1976
-- Order of the October Revolution, variety 2 -- 63908 -- 1973
-- Order of the Red Banner of Labor -- 521176 -- 1966
-- Order of the Red Banner of Labor -- 723615 -- 1972
-- Order of the Badge of Honor -- 618531 -- 1971
Not sure if that is her, but a woman with same name was the sister of a soldier who died at sea on 12.08.44
Looking at her awards, my guess is that she was a deputy of some sort in KPSS.

Yes, and if you look at obd-memorial.ru you will find scan of the the actual (original) report on irrecoverable losses from the army unit in which he belongs and from where this quote was taken.
I believe it all looks towards a lifetime on the collective farm. I doubt at the "milkmaid" level either.
I wouldn't point the finger at the Moldavian SSR overly quick. Sounds like a Ukrainian name (yes they have Ukrainians in Moldova) but usually the larger award ukazs didn't bother going into specifics.
I'd go with a life working on the (very productive and quota meeting) farm.
