I finally manage to get mine (65 euro on e***, a good deal). 1st type (1985-87). Soviet made, very high quality, fine details, hot enamel. Numbered (1371, if I'm right), apparently 2nd type are not numbered.

Very nice purchase. I don't have one of these Stars :(

The order was revised, redesigned, and reintroduced in 2004. And here's a poor-quality image of it. Many of the PDRA awards have been brought back, with changes in design as needed.

Although the script in Arabic runs right to left, numbers still run left to right, therefore this is 0693.
