Here is the Order "For Protection Of The State Frontiers Of The People's Republic Of Albania" (Urdhëri "Për Mbrojtjen E Kufirit Shtetëror Të Republikës Popullore Të Shqipërisë").

Founded by Decree #2210 of 6th February 1956. This is a Type 2 with the extra S.
