Order Of Friendship.

[tocq]

Can someone tell me what kind of order this is and how many of these were made? I was told it is Russian and it's offered to my.

Thanks!

It is the Russian Federation "Order of Friendship". Not sure on the numbers as it is still in production "and counting".
