Here is a 1st December 1932 dated Certificate of Graduation from the Transcaucasian Institute Of Engineering Lines Of Communication " V. I. Lenin" awarded to Vladimir Semonovich Chitajshvili. A very nice pre-GPW item once again from the forum marketplace. Would this document have an associated Badge and if so where do I get my hands on one?
