I had such a poster from the IDF...They are hanged on several places in every base, so I geuss that was the case in the CCCP as well:

The full set is 8 posters. Basically conscripts, extended service enlisted personnel, officers and flag officers for both army and navy. They make a very nice set but you need to live in a barracks to be able to display them all!!
