A bit more digging around has been done on this one!
The 70's were a pretty busy time for Kryvyi Rih 1971 The town is awarded with Order of Lenin 1974 Launch of blast furnace-9, the biggest in the world 1975 The town is awarded with Red Banner Labour Order The plant "Remhormash" was founded Northern Ore Mining and Processing Enterprise is awarded with the Labour Order of Czechoslovakian Rebublic 1976 Launch of the wool spinning-factory :) The Factory closed in 1991, due to having no currency to pay for wool to be imported from Australia. This is the Factory from the air (circled in red). Circled in blue is the nearby metro station ШПФ which closed in 1991 due to falling into dissuse after the factory closed down.
Sadly, it appears to have fallen into disrepair!
Finally, What i believe to be a view of the factory from across a nearby field.
