I am looking for information about the enclosed "Medal" issued in Kyiv. It has the Russian language on one side and Ukrainian on the other. This was awarded to a Militiaman who "guarded" the wagons "dreys" which hauled the confiscated grain and other farm goods to the trains for shipment to Russia during the famine.

Any assistance will be appreciated.
