I'm very happy if the original Cyrillic name (be it any variation of Cyrillic as there are a few) is presented with the transliterated or "translated" names.
Ease of access for all.
Speaking of difficult translit the now disused in Russia but commonplace in Bulgaria "ъ" is one of the most tricky. I don't know who thought to translit it as "1" but it is a good joke.
