This Red Star was awarded to Major Andrey Yakovlevich Sergeyenko he was on staff of the 21st Army of the 1st Ukrainian Front-deputy chief of Army Base No 101. He contributed to successful fulfillment of the command tasks in supplying active troops of the Army in operations at Karelian Isthmus in June 1944.
It is great to have backround information on this award. I have another one that I'll post
Thanks
Stan

Stan, to be of most utility to forum readers, please include serial number (isn't clear in the photo) and preferably full citation with awarding organization and date. Thanks for posting!
