Short, concrete description of his combat feat or merits:
While carrying out the command’s order to deliver materials for the construction of crossings on the Narev River, comrade Tselosyani displayed a high level of discipline, bravery, boldness, and courage.
Working in severe conditions, during the night, on roadless terrain, and under enemy fire, comrade Tselosyani disregarded all difficulties and conducted 10-12 trips, instead of the 8 trips specified.
During periods of rest comrade Tselosyani examined and repaired his truck in order to use all opportunities to carry out his tasks in the fastest way possible.
Delivering ammunition to units of the 48th Army, comrade Tselosyani covered a distance of 340-350 kilometers each day with his truck.
Comrade Tselosyani always delivered his ammunition to the front-line units on schedule, exactly at the designated time, and directly to the intended location at the front line.
Regardless of the circumstances, comrade Tselosyani carries out the command’s orders promptly and on schedule. He lovingly takes care of his truck and always keeps it in an ideal condition, ready to carry out any task.
For carrying out the command’s orders to deliver materials for the construction of crossings on the Narev River and ammunition to the front-line units of the 48th Army in an excellent manner, comrade Tselosyani deserves to be awarded the Medal for Courage.

A nice citation and always interesting to see which awards are altered from their initial recommendation (though it may have more to do with local quotas than larger 'standards').
