Was there ever a reason given for moving the production from the Moscow Mint to Platinapribor Factory?
While we are on the subject of stars. Here is an interesting one I have purchased recently.
It definately has a concaved back. The number is #2.578.223 but the lettering on the star seems really neat for that range.
According to Soviet-Screwbacks.com, it should be a v11 being in that range. However, with the concave back, it places it in the v13 range. Furthermore, the numbers seem to be similar to something out of the 3.3 million range.
Opinions are desired. I hope you can see the concave aspects. Was hard to try to capture it through photos.
