If you type Ордена и медали коммунистической Албании in search there are a few Russian sites with them.

ISBN 978-5-903389-41-4; 2011 г. helps a lot too.

I just ordered this book... here's an English language description I've found of it online:

"Orders and Medals of Communist Albania.Alpha

Author: Ordena i medali kommunisticheskoĭ Albanii /h1 div class=prodtitle-availibility rang-expected span Ozhidaetsi͡a /span &, Publisher: Fond "Russkie Vityazi"

ISBN: 978-5-903389-41-4

Cover: paperback

Weight: 500g, Pages count: 208"

"This book is the first Russian-language edition of the award system by one of the most neglected countries in Europe - Albania.Alpha It is the result of many years of studying reward system Albanian communist period.Alpha In it, as the background of the premium system, a brief historical sketch. Awards described in some way unique inAlpha that for nearly half a century of existence of the same medals were produced alternately in the Soviet Union,Alpha Yugoslavia, East Germany, Poland and Albania itself. The book is an analysis of evidence for the identification awards made in those countries.Alpha Besides the description of awards, given by the head of the investigation of the role of Yugoslavia in the premium system in Albania.Alpha Shows the degree of influence on the premium system unchallenged leader of the communist country's Enver Hoxha.Alpha The application received a great informational material, including the original documents on the manufacture of awards in the USSR,Alpha indicate broad collection costs awards to date."

While my Russian is virtually non-existent, it sounds sufficiently interesting to have a look at. Price wasn't that bad either.

I'll report on it when I receive it. By the way, I ordered it from a US based online book seller focused purely on Eastern European books. May be of interest to others as well (probably easier than buying direct from e.g. Russia).
