can someone please tell me if these 2 Bullion patches are original or fake please

Neither are Soviet government issue. This does not mean that they could not have been used by veterans on their uniforms. The patches that used bullion for ceremonial purposes had the bullion on the borders of the patches and used silk thread for the rest of the patch.
