There´s no difference between uniforms of regular units other than insignia, but KGB enlisted units guarding the kremlin and lenin´s mausoleum wore officer cut uniforms.
There's nothing in the streets
Looks any different to me
And the slogans are replaced, by-the-bye
And the parting on the left
Are now parting on the right
And the beards have all grown longer overnight

The Who, Won't get fooled again

Lapel cut and piping on pants, that is for everyday service uniform.

Officer´s cut parade uniforms (used by the KGB guards) were wave blue for them, and olive green is for regular units.

So it is definitely not a KGB uniform at all?

If you want a KGB uniform, I would not go for that one even though the price may be tempting. The collar tabs are KGB, yes - but the jacket may well be a normal soldiers jacket, the shoulder boards look dubious (as mentioned earlier) and the armpatch is probably a fake. So, you would pay 40 USD for a pair of KGB tabs and a EM jacket.
