Howdy Esteban,
I guess my real question is what is strict regulation regarding the lapel/collar tabs? Are they supposed to be like the ones in post #1 or are they supposed to extend down to the edge of the lapel like in the drawings in the Soviet military regulations book? They look better the way they are in the picture above (in my opinion), but I have seen them both ways.
