Soyuz Commander Onboard Journal and Onboard Manual to Control approach, transition and undocking. It's especially designed for "prepared" people to use it in space: all the main bookmarks are sticked from the side to help to find the necessary header quickly, the pages are joint with "unlockable" metal rings, so, each page could be removed and used separately, some pages are left blanks to write the notes during work in space.
