Soldier Of Liberation Order.
#1
Awarded by the NLF to individuals who participated in the liberation of South Vietnam.
Established on July 6th, 1966.
The inscription below the NLF flag reads CHIEN SI GIAI PHONG (Soldier of Liberation)

Ed Emering states that there is only one class of this order on a red ribbon with 3 light blue stripes. Other sources say there are two possibly three classes. So the exact class of the Order shown here is at the moment unknown if it is on the correct ribbon.

Here is the Soldier Of Liberation Order 2nd Class (Huân Chương Chiến Sĩ Giải Phóng Hạng Nhì). The lowest Order of the National Liberation Front.

There must have been a distinct over supply of this particular ribbon as it is almost impossible to avoid - usually used as an incorrect replacement.
