I bought this great hard cover book, published in Almaty,last month for 40$.
Its in Russian:( but has every badge illustrated in colour:)
I cant get scans down to 50kb if any one is interested i can send them some scans and they can try to post on the forum.
My company has an office in almaty, so if anyone is interested i can get someone there to pick up a few copies
