Here is a State Committee Of The Soviet Of Ministers Of The Latvian SSR For The Communal Economy Qualification Identification for Juris Gothardovich Markevich. Receiving an excellent result from the Housing Department of Riga City Council when qualifying as a Stoker Of Central Heating Boilers on 27th February 1967.
