Unusual AF officer breeches - lend-lease?

To be honest I have compleately forgotten about this pair and only recently discoverd them in one of the wardrobes. Are these lend-lease? definately don't look like regular soviet-made - even the color is different.

Is the blue very light blue? Perhaps they're cousin with these:

Not that bright. MAybe a bit brighter than usual AF, but the difference is visible only after a close comparison. What's more unusual is the colour of thematerial and that english writing in the hook.

I'd say most likely Lend-Lease.
