Looks like Lieutenant Colonel Grinchuk of of the Intendant Service.

Marija/Margarita obviously lived well beyond 1985 but the only Ивановна Задорова hits are two seeming unrelated women - Vera and Elena.

Zadorova could have been her surname before marriage. It's possible that in 1985 she had a different surname.

That is a possibility but she was issued an award as Zadorova in 1995 - http://soviet-awards.com/forum/soviet-bloc-awards/post-soviet-states/republic-uzbekistan/uzbek-medals/15160-jubilee-medal-50-years-victory-great-patriotic-war-1941-1945-a.html#post252833

The first part of the word invokes a "volunteer," while the second implies "employee" or can be used for "mercenary." I'd go for "defense employee" or "army civilian."

Or would it be Hospital Worker?
