General Jacket 1969 - Lapa - 07-10-2006 Tretov, You do not need a tailor to sew the boards on. If you need consulting on that ... ;) Marc General Jacket 1969 - DougD - 07-10-2006 Tretov is correct, the boards are not correctly put on; thus my original idea that the boards were one of the 'upgrades' of this uniform. It is probably unissued stock, made to look "better". dd General Jacket 1969 - Dave - 07-10-2006 abr Wrote:IMO: Cords are from "Kitchen & Stuff" or any other home decor place. Please let me know when kitchen decor places start selling uniform items! ;) The cords are dress augilettes (I think that's spelled sort of correctly) for an aide to an admiral. I can't see from the photos what nation they are from, but that's what they are. Depending on the country, the cords might be worth $50-$75 by themselves, if not more. Dave |
