sticker design - willie777 - 12-20-2006 Полученное Советский? sticker design - Tretov - 12-20-2006 No one in the U.S. will understand what you mean, ultimately taking you for a communist trying to turn U.S. citizens into communists. Just trouble ahead. Or at least, no one will understand. sticker design - EricFG - 12-21-2006 Hey, who's the new marshal in your avatar? sticker design - Tretov - 12-21-2006 EricFG Wrote:Hey, who's the new marshal in your avatar? The us has moved on. we're not afraid of communism anymore. Oh, Patrick, i think your location should be "stockholm, sweden + karelo-finnish ssr", just like your wehrmacht, since you have "sovietized" yourself. Nice uniform by the way. Is that a brezhnev ribbon bar? sticker design - Esteban_cool - 12-21-2006 Tretov Wrote:It's me... Eric, some things just don't translate. Even in English I'd be hard-pressed to explain what "Got Milk?" means. Do you have milk? Do you like milk? Are you holding a glass of milk? Are you drinking a glass of milk? I've got milk - you want some? If you want some kind of Russian-American mutual understanding or link written in Russian, you could use "Back to the USSR" - the Beatles song. I don't have the cyrillic font and a native Russian speaker should verify, but I think it would be "Nazad v SSSR" See how some things just don't translate? sticker design - EricFG - 12-21-2006 Thanks Paul. I was hoping you'd chime in. I figured "got Soviet" would be a tough....what's it called, transliteration? The General Secretary requested a Russian version so I thought I'd give it a try. PS. got a request in to a German bud about Klessin. sticker design - Tretov - 12-21-2006 Esteban_cool Wrote:Nice uniform! btw I thought you were older... willie777 Wrote:He sort of looks like a kid (no offense, patrick) Oh you guys don't know what some makeup, rouge and L'oreal can do to a man. willie777 Wrote:Oh, Patrick, i think your location should be "stockholm, sweden + karelo-finnish ssr", just like your wehrmacht, since you have "sovietized" yourself.
