Not quite a badge, but I thought it might be of interest to those collecting VSKhV and VDNKh medals.
This is a bakelite commemorative plate of the First VSKhV exhibition in 1939; first time I saw ever one, and guess in whose collection it now lays :D

I can't find any makers mark and the pin attachment* I'd guess to be late 50s early 60s.
Nice semi-mirror reverse.

I am at work at present when I get home I will look at the sizes for you. Large is 32 x 18 mm, smaller is 28 x 15 mm.
These badges have been discussed in the thread.
Attached is a depiction of three types of your badge. There are some dated examples as well - I have seen pictures of badges for the 1939 exhibition.
Also don't forget the plastic version!!!! (34 x 20 mm).
