Maybe not as funny as the others posted here, but...
Not on e-bay, but on Polish auction site.
Cap is a cap, nothing strange about it (apart from the fact that it is sold with two bands). The funny thing is a description and a price.

Translation (hard to translate mistakes):

I will rate the condition 4+ (good+) because it was realy on Sybirak's head (the word "sybirak" in polish means someone who was forced to live in Siberia esp. in Carist times -a.).
Probably a submarine on siberian base. teese but my thoughts. I recommand to all collectors. ONE OF A KIND."

And now - even funnier thing about that - the price.
As an introduction - 1$=about 4pln. Such cup can be, with a bit of luck and haggle, bought for 35-40PLN in Poland, in Russia even cheaper.
