15th Anniversary of October Revolution - scook17 - 07-16-2004
What do people think of this one? The seller wants $95 for it.
Kind Regards,
Shane Cook.
15th Anniversary of October Revolution - ibaya - 07-17-2004
I got this one for $66 back when the goods were flowing out of Russia ...
stamped serial number. mirror-reverse stamped construction with soldered backplate, dimpled screwplate with hard-to-make-out stamped lettering
15th Anniversary of October Revolution - ibaya - 07-17-2004
Red and white enamels applied differently
still two-piece construction, but backplate conforms to the edges, neatly soldered to obverse, screwplate with loops instead of dimples and no stamping
15th Anniversary of October Revolution - Nota Bene - 07-18-2004
Shane,
I think $95 is a decent price despite the enamel damage.

Did these badges have silver and plated-silver variants?

I got a photo of the rear of it. Looks somewhat different to the one ibaya posted. I quite like the one with the white enamel though, looks somewhat nicer than the red enamel version.
Kind Regards,
Shane Cook.
