First the disclaimer - I don't have my books here and I'm not a Navy guy, but I don't think so. I was on the Aurora two or three times and don't remember it being that long. I've been caught up in all the political activity in Ukraine. Is this the cruiser Aurora? - dannybou - 12-05-2004 Thanks to all. Is she a museum today? Still at anchor at the same place? You walk over to the Aurora and yes, she is a museum. Its not always easy to get on though. I know Admiral Lev Chernavin who runs the museum ( hon.); I have had dinner with him twice on board the Aurora and have to say that each was a highlight of my life. Its a great place to visit.
