A complete 3 stars general uniform is on sale in Germany...
It consists of :
Tunic with ribbon bars
Trousers
Cap
Shirt with shoulder boards
2 belts
Raincoat
This set appears genuine, but what worries me a little bit, is the number of civilian awards... Is it common for a General-Colonel? or were the ribbon added? because the colour of the piece of cloth on which are the ribbons is not green... as it should be no?
And what would be the price market for such a set?

The medal ribbon doesn't look genuine to me. There was a batch of similar styled ribbons going round a while ago which were fake. The shirt looks like an officers shirt. General officer shirts had elasticated waist and had smooth plastic buttons on the shirt pockets.
The shoulder boards on the coat look like tunic shoulderboards although it could be a trick of the light.
How much are the asking ?
I think the hat may be genuine unissued. As far as I can tell the tunic and trousers look ok from the picture but I would like to examine it close up. I have an original one of these and they quality of them is pretty good.

In general i do not have a problem with the set, however the cap is suspect in that it has an officers cap device, not a generals. the rest of the set could be fine, but when they add an item it throws doubt on what could be a great set.
