Tal

The obverse says: Winer of .... Shift (hard to see, looks like Malakhov Shift). I have no idea what is Malakhov Shift
The reverse: Lenin's Communist Union of Youth of Ukraine

Tal, I am not sure if I read it correctly, but I see "Stakhanovskoy", which will make it an award for an exceptionnally very productive worker.... a "Stakhanovite".

If this is the case, this is very interesting. This is kind of the very best of the very best workers.

See wikipedia about how this originated and who was Stakhonov (the person) and the propaganda movement that followed him and his "legend".
