Higher Institute Ministry Of Internal Affairs Graduate Badge. - deValcourt - 06-01-2010
I love these badges mainly because of the old saying that Bulgaria was and should have been the new 16th Soviet republic. Their security services were a carbon copy of the KGB (KDS) and the MVD (MVR).
However, this badge has popped up for sale again and since I am always a bit skeptical of any school badge announcing it is for security services training (through since it is for the MVR, it could be more of a police academy), I was hoping somebody would recognize and help with this badge.
