Deputy Minister Of Housing Of The RSFSR Documents. - Tal Inbar - 02-27-2003
Issued to Semin, Valentin Petrovich:
Deputy Minister Of Housing Of The RSFSR Documents. - Nota Bene - 02-27-2003
It just says Ministry of Housing of the RSFSR.
It was issued on June 12, 1974 to Comrade Semin, Valentin Petrovich, Deputy Minister. Nice!

I have several more of Semin's ID:
Deputy Minister Of Housing Of The RSFSR Documents. - Nota Bene - 02-27-2003
Tal,
These are: Moscow City Council of the Workers' Deputies, and 2 of the Moscow City Commitee of the CPSU. Looks like a typical Party official, just makes me wonder how good he was as a deputy minister.

Deputy Minister Of Housing Of The RSFSR Documents. - Nota Bene - 02-27-2003
Tal,
It's same as the first, but earlier, from February 7, 1967.
