What kind of soviet banners/flags have the best build quality?
There are a few kinds commonly available,
the navy flags, hand drawn woolen bunting.
the socialist competition banners, painted or printed?
the socialist competition banners, embroidered (by hand or machine?)
the national flags, silk or cotton, double sided painting
I have no clue about military unit flags, are they made better than those civilian flags?
