Jubilee Medal "20 Years Of The United Council Of Labour Collectives". - Greg Collins - 02-24-2011
The OSTK, or United Work Collective Council, led the political movement for the separation of Transdniestria from Moldova. This award is usually seen in civilian form- with a rectangular metal suspension enameled with the national colours. In this example, it is rigged for military wear.
